The Pack & Purr Collective started at a dog park, where Sarah, Emily, and Jessica kept ending up in the same conversation: pet owners were drowning in conflicting advice, half of it written by people who'd never actually worked with animals. They wanted a resource written by people who had.

Sarah spent years as a veterinary technician before becoming a full-time writer, and still fields the same nutrition and health questions from friends that she used to answer at the clinic. Emily is a certified dog trainer who's worked with everything from anxious rescues to competition obedience dogs. Jessica is a certified cat behavior consultant who got tired of watching cat owners get parenting-style advice that doesn't work on cats at all.
